Which is Better?
As you can see from the tables both smartbands fit the description of what a fitness tracker should look like; lightweight, easy to read display, and comfortable to wear. Similarly, each of these two is able to track your daily activities which include heart rate, sleep, stress, fitness level (VO2 Max.), menstrual cycle with preloaded workout modes, while not forgetting the ability of these two to connect to your phone GPS to enable outdoor activity tracking, all of which you can manage from the very easy to use Fitbit app.
The difference, however, is that Charge 3 is able to track your blood oxygen saturation, count floors you climbed and has a slightly longer battery life than Inspire HR. This of course makes it a more comprehensive fitness tracker and as far as I’m concerned, I think its a better smartband or say smartwatch than Inspire HR. Moreover, the Special Edition of Charge 3 comes with NFC that enables Fitbit Pay and allows you make a payment from the device.
On second thought, Inspire HR could be appealing to you for whatsoever reason, it’s no doubt a decent investment that can help you reach more fitness goals.
