Fitbit is a very popular name that can be associated with fitness enthusiasts, thanks to their rich line of fitness smartwatches and trackers. Fitbit is currently rolling out a software update for Versa 3 and Sense that adds Bluetooth calls, Google Assistant, and more watch faces for displaying SpO2 results. Thus, the Versa 3 just a little behind Fitbit Sense is the second most advanced Fitbit smartwatch. Meanwhile, Charge 4 which I’ll classify as a fitness smartband has an inbuilt GPS, a longer battery life and shares a lot of features in common with Versa 3 except that it lacks the ability to count floors, store music, always-on display, and colorful display. This explains why Charge 4 is cheaper than Versa 3 but can be a great choice if you just what to track your daily activities and manage your fitness goals. Compare the differences between Fitbit Versa 3 vs Charge 4 to find out which is right for you.

Which should you buy?
Clearly, Versa 3 is a more equipped and comprehensive smartwatch than Charge 4. It has more features that makes it a lifestyle smartwatch as well as a comprehensive fitness tracker unlike Charge 4 which is only a fitness tracker. With Versa 3 you can store music on-device and you can answer calls directly from the watch. It also has an always-on AMOLED display that is vivid and more colorful unlike the monochrome OLED display of Charge 4.
In summary, Versa 3 is a complete smartwatch that allows you to do more, while Charge 4 is a fitness tracker that’s well equipped with just about the same number of fitness tracking features as Versa 3. It also has a slightly longer battery life.
