The Fitbit Versa 3 and Sense are the most advanced Fitbit wearables. These two are fitness-focused, and as well come with a microphone, a loudspeaker, and more. The charger that comes with any of these two is quite different from that of older models like Versa 2. It comes with a magnetic charger that’s very easy to use. You simply just have to plug the USB end into a power source then place the Versa 3 or Sense on the charger. This post will show you how to charge your Fitbit Versa 3 or Sense. So you don’t have to sweat it, especially if this is your first time using a Fitbit smartwatch.
How to Charge Fitbit Versa 3 or Sense
To charge the Versa 3 or Sense is very easy.
- Plug the USB end of the charger into a power source rated at most 110-220V. I normally plug it into my laptop’s USB port.
- Once you have connected the charger to a power source, you need to ensure the cord is in the opposite direction as the haptic button on the watch. So, with the USB end connected to a power source and the cord in opposite direction as the haptic button, place your Versa 3 or Sense on the charger, and this will magnet to the back of the watch. The watch will start charging.
One fine thing to know is that it takes less than an hour to fully charge a fully depleted Versa 3 or Sense battery. Thanks to the fast charging technology Fitbit introduced to the two watches. This also means you get as much battery life even in a very short period of time.
The Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 have a long battery life of up to 6 days or more depending on your usage. In my case, with notifications enabled for 15 apps, always-on display turned off, GPS used for 1 hour daily and 1hr of indoor exercise daily, I got about 5 days of battery life which I think is pretty awesome.
