Which is Better?
Any of these two will make a decent choice for you, both are great choices for fitness tracking, and the designs are also lightweight and compact. Any of these two will track your active life in which you can use the respective Samsung Health app or Fitbit app to manage your fitness goals.
However, Galaxy Fit has a more colorful AMOLED display compared to the grayscale OLED of Inspire HR. It also allows you to send quick replies, support wireless charging with select Galaxy smartphones, and has a slight longer battery life than Inspire HR. While Inspire HR can connect to your phone GPS to track outdoor activities as well as allow you track your cycle which Galaxy Fit lacks.
It’s up to you to decide which is a better fitness smartband for you, I’ll go with Inspire HR.
